Welcome to Body Editor (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Body Editor mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Body Editor provides photo editing, body enhancement, appearance modification, image transformation, artificial intelligence (“AI”) processing, and related image generation features.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Body Editor, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country, to use Body Editor.
Users under the age of 18 should use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use Body Editor to create, edit, upload, or distribute sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
4. Body Editor Services
Body Editor may provide tools that allow users to modify photographs and generate or transform images, including features related to body shape, proportions, muscles, waist, height, appearance, skin, pose, and other visual characteristics.
Some features may use automated systems or third-party artificial intelligence technologies to process images.
5. Uploaded Photos and User Content
You retain your ownership rights in photographs, images, prompts, and other content you upload to Body Editor (“User Content”).
You represent that you own the User Content you upload or otherwise have the necessary permission and legal rights to upload, process, modify, and use that content.
You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, resize, modify, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide requested Body Editor features.
You must not upload another person's private or sensitive photographs without appropriate authorization.
6. AI-Generated and Edited Images
Images created or modified through Body Editor may be generated using automated or AI-based technologies.
AI-generated or edited results may contain errors, unexpected changes, unrealistic features, or inaccuracies.
Generated or edited images are provided for creative and entertainment purposes and should not be considered an accurate representation of a person's actual body, health, physical condition, or achievable appearance.
Body Editor does not provide medical, health, fitness, cosmetic-surgery, or professional body-image advice.
7. License to Use Body Editor
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Body Editor in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code, AI models, algorithms, or other proprietary components of Body Editor except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Do not upload or process images that you do not have the legal right or appropriate permission to use.
- Do not create sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise illegal content involving minors.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit manipulated images of another person.
- Do not use edited or generated images to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, blackmail, exploit, or deceive others.
- Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, payment systems, subscriptions, usage limitations, or technical restrictions.
- Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, scrape, attack, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain Body Editor features may require a paid subscription, in-app purchase, credit package, or other payment.
Subscription prices and available plans are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the applicable renewal deadline.
Payments, refunds, renewals, cancellations, and billing are generally processed by the platform through which the purchase was made.
10. Third-Party Services
Body Editor may rely on third-party services for AI image processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, payments, or other technical services.
11. Intellectual Property
Body Editor, including its software, interface, branding, designs, features, graphics, technology, and other proprietary materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Body Editor at any time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that AI-generated results will always produce a particular outcome.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Body Editor when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Service has been abused.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Body Editor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, image quality, AI-generated results, or suitability for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Body Editor and its affiliates, owners, employees, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from use of the Service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to Body Editor, our business practices, legal requirements, or available features.
